  1. are you using a toggle or a relay? i have the same HU and i use the toggle feature which works. byt the way i have a question for you if you install the HU alrdy are you getting sound out of your rear speakers? if you did what did you do. im not getting anything from my rear at all? using a harness im using a relay, which i do not have hooked up yet as i think if i take the power amp wire form the receiver, plug that into the relay i wont get any sound as the amp is not connected to the wiring harness, can anyone help? as for your rear speaker problem it could be your wiring as
  2. so with that relay there, i think for my receiver, the avh-p3100, i have to wire the blue/white amp turn on wire in place of the remote wire. BUT i have that wire crimped together with the power amp wire and power antenna wire from my harness. so if i take out that amp turn on wire and solder it to the relay wouldnt i lose sound? unless i have to solder all three to the relay? but i dont know what effects that would have..........
  3. i have a pioneer avh-p3100dvd i have an amp in my car, and there is no power antenna wire on the 3100 so i have it currently set up as follows blue (on wiring harness)-power antenna blue/white(on wiring harness)-amp turn on <=====these are all twisted together into one blue/white (on receiver) - power amp now if i take that blue/white cable from the receiver out of the crimp and wire it to a relay wont it not power the amp?

Id=2062481 **i found this relay that someone told me would work to bypass.^^ viewtopic.php?f=23&t=14640&hilit=relay#wrap now here is the diagram of how it should be set up^^. Now is that blue wire the remote wire?(guessing) If so i dont have a remote so i assume just not to plug
