I redid the firmware upgrade and it seems the second file, the yuk, never applied correctly? Or maybe I cancelled it by mistake? I dont know - either way - after reapplying the yuk file it works. So I partially retract my previous statements - its not 100% suck. But the fact I cannot listen to the radio or pandora while I monitor traffic really sucks. But its not as bad as I feared.

When I press the speaker the screen clears and it says Off at the top. I can't do anything til I hit the center home button and turn it back on.

Yep. Also forgot to mention. Furiously pissed that in the $50 HDMI cable box that I waited 2 months for the instructions tell me I dont even NEED the goddamned $50 HDMI cable. Any USB Lightning + HDMI will work.

So I upgrade to an iphone 5, woo! I find out I need a new $50 cable, AND a $50 apple adapter to make it work. Awesome. I buy said parts and hook it all up. First of all, my damn appradio wont do a thing because it thinks its paired to an Android device! I'm using the CD-IH202 kit from Pioneer, and genuine apple cables and adapters. And it thinks its a damn android! AND, AND, I come here for a solution, and see that this setup makes me lose half the damn functionality I actually want! Mine launches Pandora every time I connect it. Annoying.

Will the Appradio2 work with the 30-pin to Lightning coverter cable, or do i HAVE to buy the iPhone 5 Pioneer cable? Right now, with it, music works, but any time I try and view any apps, the screen is black. I've read about issues with iOS 6.1 and the Appradio, and I'm not sure if thats the problem or if it's the converter cable.

Bought an Appradio2 last night, iPhone 5, jailbroken 6.1, and NOTHING shows up on my "Apps" screen on the Appradio. Whee.

I've never adjusted those numbers... when I was running 2.0 I liked to have my default tilt a lot closer to the ground, so there was about 1/2" of sky/horizon showing at the top of my screen, and I never touched the tiltlevel. Like I said tho, in addition my sys.txt had restore smartzoom=1, and in my system, it was set to off... like it never read the setting. I did see in the sys.txt that came with the sky mod the max tiltlevel=9000, I added that to my sys.txt we'll see what happens.

Well thats annoying. It there a way to reboot the unit without turning the car off? I've made a habit of starting a large copy before I drive off, then as I'm heading down the road, 10 mins later when the copy is done I'll hit the reset button to boot the unit without havinng to pull over and turn my car off and on again.

I've made some changes in sys.txt that just dont seem to be applying to my unit. I was messing with the sky mod posted here in another thread, and part of that mod is changing the min and max angles for 3d mode so you can see the horizon... after I first updated to 3.0 it worked... then I had the bad speedcam mod where you couldnt set a route, and was messing with Keeper's mod and another on here (I forget who's it is). After getting the speedcam thing fixed, and trying both keepers and the other mod, the angle changes I'm making in sys.txt just arent working. I'm locked in at the stoc
