bumo bump anyone???? help lol

any body somebody please help im going out of town in a few weeks and need to know if i can fix it or i need a new one????

Could someone help me with my unit all of a sudden i now get this. Some parts of map all discolored and all of the buttons on the screen are blank. Im so confused anybody have any input whats going on with my unit????? also none of the navigation features work really either i cant type in phone numbers are addresses at all.

I had a avic n3 but now i just ordered a n5 i had this ipod adaptor with my n3 for my ipod CD-IB100II will that still work with my n5 i cant find any info thank you so much love this site btw
