Nevermind, i did it all from scratch and now it works perfect! Must have missed something somewhere the first time, oh well. Now the real question, what are all the options in the map screen? I see on the top theres two hard to see icons, one with what looks like 2 arrows pointing to an upright angle and one to the right of it looking like a flip cellphone with a red X. What do these do? Anyway to get the map to always face North? Maybe a tutorial when you get a chance of how to actually use this Mod would be amazing for someone not so navi savvy as myself. Of course ill play with

I first installed FX3.1 perfect zero problems. Then i installed this v.4 mod to the T perfectly, i then had to delete about 10 states to make enough room though and also installed the New GFX folder as well as the New Schemes folder overwriting the schemes and what needed overwriting of course. For me though there was no existing GFX folder to be deleted so didn't need to do that step as in the instructions. I then turn car off, screen goes off, take out sd card, turn car back on. Now after the Pioneer splash screen it goes to the main menu but right away i get a grey windows window Error

Does this current version 3.25 work with fx3.01 upgrade, http://avic411.com/index.php?showtopic=27807 ? I think fx is firmware 3.01 which is why i ask but not sure? Could someone clear this up for me please? Thank you

X2. I checked pioneer's website, clicked on my device (avic f-90bt), updates, only shows a firmware 2.08 or something to that effect update. Not a 3.0 or 3.1 or even a 4.0 that someone here says they have. On that note, how do i get the downloads to work in this sticky or even the one below it on updated to 3.0? Click on links and get an error page like its not even a valid link? Appreciate any info.

Anyone? I have wmv music videos in original 320x240 format im pretty sure. Now how would i convert these to have them full screen without the player lagging the playback on my avic-f90bt device? I store them on my 8gb sd card so they play off that. Any ideas please? I have over 50 music videos and would be awesome if i could simply get them to play full screen on my device with original quality and no lag. When i play them original now its crystal clear and no lag but the picture is half the size of the screen's device if that! Thank you

I have tons of mpeg music videos i think in 320/240 format. It looks fine on the home computer since i can maximize the window to full screen and the picture is still clean with everything in proper motion. Now ive converted these files to .wmv files to play on my avic-f90bt unit. They play just fine but they are about half the size of the screen during playback. Is there anyway to make the music videos full screen on the unit? What aspect ratio or resolution would i have to change my files to for them to be full screen? To all the bluetooth problem people, its your PHONE, not the mod causing this. Im using the avic-f90bt zero problems. I also flash new roms almost daily on my att fuze phone causing me to re-pair my device each time i flash a new rom to my phone. I turn bluetooth on my phone, start up car, within 5min my phone says blah blah blah wants to connect, say ok, type 1111, phone connects, then asks to transfer contacts, hit ok on my phone, 30sec later all my contacts are perfectly on my device. I was able to do this multiple times with stock device and still multiple times now with cmh's amazing

Is there a way to set the navi to give you better directions? Ive messed with it to have it give me directions to routes i go on everyday just to see what kind of directions it gives me. It gives the the directions to take mainly just main roads and multiple freeways to get the same place i could much faster with less freeways and side roads instead. I have the gps settings on fast assuming it would give me the fastest route to get to where i have the directions for. How about the short setting? Would this setting give me the shortest (which would also be fastest) route to the point i set

OMG! I just checked the msn website coverage area and of course i live in the only white area (no coverage area) in all of los angeles, this explains a lot! Well ill try it out more when im more in the green cities to really see if theres a problem. Had no idea there was no coverage until now.

I've activated my unit with msn for it to work on my device. I've had it working usually with 1 or maybe 2 bars of reception to msn. Doesn't make sense to me since i am in los angeles, california, probably the largest area for msn to work! For the past 3 days now I cannot connect to msn no matter where i am. I click on msn, then status, and it just says in the middle of the screen connecting to msn forever and never changes. Any ideas? Thanks!

Yes, in your thread you have it all. In this mod i thought it was cmh's Mod with your entire blue button theme including all buttons. It seems though after loading this that it is missing many of the blue buttons including the keyboard unfortunately.

Almost. Seems this only includes cmh's mods and blue theme file, not all the buttons. Some of the buttons are blue but the keyboard is still the stock black keyboard. I was looking more for the blue keys only, love cmh's theme if it only included the blue keyboard/keys.

Dang, still cant get it to work right! I used the 7zip program but when you make a zip it saves it as 7z zip file and the device doesn't read it as a zip so that kind of defeats the whole purpose of using 7zip. Tried extracting the whole DATA folder, copy over the new button files, then re-zip the entire DATA folder, replacing it on the device, reboot, no changes made at all! I dont get it?
