any advice on this? I should be getting mine back, AGAIN, since it came back even worse than it went out previously!

Hey all, been following here for a while, I have the last avic 90bt, which was great til I had to send it back to pioneer as most did. I should be getting it back later on this week, but my question is this....after last weeks unveil of the new avic 910bt, I am wondering if it uses all the same wires, etc....so if I was to just actually change the headunit, I am wondering if any of those problems (ie, freezing screen, etc) would come back...any opinions on this...? TIA.
