No, just from the main screen

I have all my icons lined up on my shortcut screen, but I am not able to see the HD radio icon. I have on the conventional screen. Does anyone have an idea? Thanks

I just updated from Z1-3 and in a nut shell, scrap everything. I only was able to use the old xm antenna, nothing else.

"Location of the GPS antenna ? Bad connection ?" None of the above, like I said it is intermittent and it does not happen very often, you know, like when you really need it. I have the system for a few years and it happened only two or three times.

I have the Z1-Z3 and for some reason I loose the GPS signal now and again. I shut the car down in the evening, next day, no signal. Tried rebooting, no luck. Next day all back to normal, this set is unreliable, does any one have any ideas on this?

I am in the same boat as "stonecoldtx", but I have one other question, I listen a lot to local radio, AM & FM. Does the z110 have AM/FM? I did not see any sign of it.

... on the update yet? Like when, were and how it will affect the Z1?

I am into GPS navigation since the inception and let me tell you, there are $50.00 programs out there that put this program to shame. Just yesterday and again today I programed in short routes, about ten miles or so and in both these cases the red line pointed to the proper location, but the routing let me into to a dead end street and led me back to where I came from. When I went in the proper direction, after a couple of hundreds yard it re-routed to the right address. I never had that with any other program or unit.

They are selling it for about $1500.00, you add $250.00 for the update and you save a couple of dollars.

I second that one. I am waiting for my new bumper to come and I will mount it in there. In the meantime, I have it on the inside behind the back window, works great in the daytime, but at night, the LED's reflect on the glass and it becomes useless. The moral of this story, mounted outside and it will be great.

Hey Richard, looks like you hit pay dirt. Are you still contemplating the AVIC-Z1 or are you going for a lesser unit?
