Not to sound like a jerk but you must've read it wrong. He wants just a usb cable without the RCA which as far as I know they don't make for the Pioneer F/x series.

GO to the F series forum in the hacks section, they have a picture on how to do it. These models X/F series use the same bypass.

Did you move the mute wire from one pin to the other pin??

if its formatted for mac the Pioneer wont read the sd card. SInce its running off of windows ce, you need i think FAT for the avic to read it.

ground the yellow/black (mute cable) to the black ground cable.

what file do i replace?
