  1. Figured it out. Use the track up/down to change which multicast you are listening to.
  2. Is there a way to change the HD multicast the unit is on? The manual shows where to see which multicast it's on, but doesn't say anything about changing it.
  3. Thanks for the tip mazda_3, I'll try it out tomorrow.

    Can I check VSS?

Is there a way to tell if I hooked the VSS up to the right wire? I did a lot of searching and found what I think is the correct wire, but I don't know for sure. I went into the calibration in the navi settings and the speed pulse just kept climbing. I turned the car off and back on, it stayed were it was, and started climbing some more as I drove. I was thinking the speed pulse would go up and down with my speed. Any info will be appreciated. Thanks.
  6. I just read your thread this morning. It was a good write up with lots of pics. Nice job.
  7. I installed a Z110BT into my 08 WRX earlier this week. The installation was going great until I came to the SWI-PS. I went to their website to get vehicle specific instructions and got the instructions for the SWI-X. After about 10 minutes of it not working and wondering why it said both LEDs will light up, I realized it was the wrong instructions. I found the correct ones and then spent a frustrating 40 minutes trying to program it. I had the engine running because of threads saying to program it with the car running so there won't be any lag when you hit the buttons. Well the LED would bli
  8. They charge tax? Is that because you are in the same state or do they charge everyone tax?
  9. Ok, so I read through the rebate text a little more and the first requirement to qualify for the rebate reads: "Purchase a brand new Pioneer AVIC-Z110BT from an Authorized Pioneer or Pioneer Premier Dealer between October 16, 2009, and December 31, 2009." This leads me to believe that the rebate goes for brick and mortar stores as well as internet dealers. Towards the end it reads: "IMPORTANT: This mail-in Rebate is valid for Internet purchases only from an Authorized Pioneer Internet Dealer." My first impression was that it was for internet purchases only, but I'm pretty sure it means on
  10. Yeah, it's definitely a great price. The main reason I'm asking is because a local shop quoted me $1050 (about $1145 after tax) and I'd like to give them the business, but $250 is quite a big difference. If the rebate doesn't go through I'll be bummed I didn't buy it local. I'm thinking that Pioneer is going through those rebates and making sure they are from an authorized internet dealer and they may be checking the purchase price while they are at it.
  11. Does anyone know if you can get the $200 rebate if you buy it for $1098 from 6ave.com? I looked at the rebate fine print and it says, "This offer cannot be combined with any other rebates or discounts." I'm not sure if that means you're just not eligible for any other manufacturers discounts when Christmas comes around, or you need to pay full price.
