good luck man, hopefully you dont have the same situation i was in. I asked the tech when i called they said they had to replace a part that was pretty much the same as "they are giving me a new unit" all i know when im faced with the decision on another car sterio or home i will not be going the same route!!

Well i attempted to update and the writing part stopped at 6%. After like 4 tries i just sent the unit into Pioneer for repair. Estimate came back at $390.

im going to try to update and see if that helps

anyone? it just suddenly stopped working, ive checked all the fuses and wiring

Hey Guys Thanks in advance for any help Ive had my Avic F700 for about a year an a half now, i started up my vehicle the other day and the menu/map button lights up with no splash screen, after like 30 seconds the lights go off on the menu/map buttons and still blank screen it seems like the unit is dead after i push the reset button it does the same problem stated above. any help is appricated
