Is there any way to check Msn status so i can get the serial #s to activate it ? I have this mod on a x910)

I have the left/right announce from diafta and it works just fine . so far the NT maps are a winner for me, a few major roadways in my area that would not show up on TA now show up with NT.

really, i have tried it in several locations but only on I-75 as that is the only interstate in my immediate area. I wonder if it is something on my end? Yep just drove to baltimore md (4hour drive) signs were working the whole way

press the reset/map/menu/eject buttons together release the reset button and keep holding the other 3 for 20 seconds then release the eject and when the screen goes blue release the other 2. That should keep you in that screen.

Has anyone successfully installed these mods to a X710BT running 3.02? These mods will work fine on an X710BT running 3.02 I put it on my x910, works fine.

Which unit? msn comes in some of them. you need a i-pod cable a wiring harness and a dash install kit and in some cars a antenna adopter.

After you let go of the reset button hold the eject and the menu and map then after 20 seconds let go of the eject button while still holding the map&menu till the screen goes blue now it should stay on

Let me rehash. You are suppose to hook up the yellow wire to fulltime power and the red to accesory power meaning it only gets power when key is turned on. Under normal circumstances you should have those 2 in the radio harness wires, if for some reason you dont have it, then you could run a wire to the fuse box of the car and look for the radio fuse, or if you cig plug shuts off when you shut the car off then you could tap in to the + wire under the dash that runs to it.

Sounds like you hooked up the ignition (red) wire to a steady power source. If you cant find the ignition source you can always hook it in to any power source that shuts off with car ie. Radio fuse / ciger plug ( if it powers off).

There is 2 things i can think of. First in that screen press list then you should see a little icon with a picture of a folder and a arrow pointing up press that and see if it shows your folder named music then press the folder to see songs. Or try loading songs to the root of the sd card instead of in a folder.
