thanks for the help on this thread and the other. what about making things more transparent? so lets say i have the ipod on, and the playlist, the buttons and everything on the screen kinda hides my backround picture. is there a better way to see the backround a little better. i dont know im starting to get the hang of this thing, but im sure i still have alot to learn.

im curious about the 90mt as well. im still using the stock 2007 disks that came with my d3 and i downloaded the 90mt yesterday and was going to try them out today but i seen this post so im not sure if i want to do it now if it will mess things up. i didnt even know these had any kind of firmware on them. but im still very new to them also

OK well i just uploaded a few pictures onto my D3 and let me tell you it looks good. first question , is there a way to make the stuff on the screen more transparent. i cant see angelinas face that well also, what is the splash screen? everytime i chage the splash screen, i never notice anything. is that just the boot up screen? i have no clue here is a pic of my d3 in my 03 explorer. fits great. i seen better is other cars but im happy with it. oh ya. and whats the point of changing the backround in navi because with a map on the screen you never see it.

i have seen a couple people ask about windows media center for the burning program. on my first try i used that and it didnt work and on my second try with Nero, it worked perfect. also there is no minimun on the files because i just put 5 pics on a disk and it came up as like 120kb for all 5. also i have windows 7 and you can just edit the pixel size from Paint or something, you dont need that program. thanks guyes, the naked chicks look great on my dash.

first off let me start by saying hello to everyone and thanks in advance. and also want to apologize for not serching further to find my answers. i am new to these forums and im not 100% on getting around it yet. well anyways. i bought a 03 for explorer and it came with a N3 in it. i then decided to sell it and pick up a a D3. so that will be here within the next day or two. and i also have a ipod touch 8gb 2nd gen. anyways all i want to know is what i have to do to hook up my ipod to my D3. i know there is a couple of different cables and modules but i cant seem to figure out wha
