same as above poster^ Are we supposed to reset after hitting up down up down crap?

bump on this. how to enter? i have the same issue. cant get past RESET. No password prompt

Hello all. I am attempting to access the service menu to calibrate my screen. I followed the directions below, but when i do the up down etc part, all it does is beep at me. It doesnt show any password menu or proceed past saying: "RESET". The only thing i notice is that when i push UP or DOWN on the stick, it doesnt beep like left and right does. Is this normal? Any advice?
