Just thought I would throw my 2 cents on this model the parking brake wire senses ground (not positive) the PB switch (on most) completes a ground for the light to turn on in the dash. This is a nav unit so I grounded mine to ground wire in the harness on my 310 it shows the parking brake on. Since it has been mentioned and I did do a test it work with out connecting the green wire and uses the satnav as a motion sensor of sorts. Which is why it turns off some more thought and attn processes when moving. (pretty smart) For the 310 the PB wire is sort of a manual override bypassing

I'm getting same error but when I check it has given me access to the SD card as a removable drive. I didn't choose my device maybe why I'm getting an error. I'm running the 0002 version I'm going to hold off doing the last firmware since so far it's been flawless and since some had it working until update. Will keep working on it let you know if I find some thing anyone try rollback of firmware update?
