  1. Yeah, Jason seems like a top bloke- Not sure why Michael is so cranky. On his videos, he sounds like a polite Southern gentleman, but certainly doesn't act that way in the forums.
  2. Finally, he cracks a smile. Well done, good sir.
  3. Thanks VBLUE42, you've been a tremendous help. Now, can you give me some advice on those killer sideburns???
  4. It must be incredibly hard being such a genius surrounded by mere mortals. I can only imagine your frustration every day.
  5. You've been a great help. Don't worry, you'll hit the 6,000 post mark in no time at all with those gems of wisdom that you've been contributing.

And nice sunglasses! They fit your personality perfectly!

  6. If given a bit of technical information, I (or one of my friends) might be able to work it out such that the entire community might benefit (such that something "can be done with the 2010 units"). What is the base operating system? What version is it? Is the on-board hard drive protected with DRM?
  8. Are there any similar units which people have been successful in accessing the built-in hard drive via USB? I suspect that Pioneer would use the same technology.
  9. Greetings everyone - First time poster here from down under hoping for some of your expert advice... In Australia, for whatever reason, we tend to pay quite a bit more for electronics (and most other things for that matter). With the rising value of the Australian dollar, it is quite common for us to purchase items from the US and pay the high shipping costs to get it sent over. I recently did this with a Pioneer AVH-P5200BT. At the same time, I grabbed the AVIC-U220. Both items were a fraction of what I would pay here. I only realized after I received the items that the AVIC-U220 is
