People, I know this thread is quite old but I'm facing these same issues. I can't get my AVIC F90BT running hacked 3.0200100 firmware to change voice to Brazilian Portuguese. Any help, instructions on that?

Senhores... tudo bem? Estou aqui na LUTA também com as vozes. Eu fiz o procedimento simples que foi remover todo o conteúdo da pasta LANG e VOICE, e copiei os arquivos Portugues Brazil que tenho aqui. A tradução dos menus rolou parcial, mas as vozes NADA...só o bipe e nada de voz. Já até abri os arquivos zip e comparei o conteúdo deles... os arquivos info.ini que existem na raiz do zip de vozes e nada... Alguém poderia me dar uma luz? Ou passar os arquivos de voz que vcs estão usando? Eu estou usando os de um iGO 8.5.3 de Março 2012 que peguei no gpspoint.com.br. Se alguém

Hi folks, I would like to start this topic so that we can help each other to get our F series units playing videos off of SD/USB card. I have some Divx (xvid) in .avi format I've downloaded from the web and some of them works. However, they're not optimized to the Pioneer AVIC F series resolution, etc and I would like to find out the 'best video codec setup' in order to convert my videos. Oh, thx. I thought that X920BT could display album art from files in USB/SD. So both are equal in this feature, only displaying album art for iPod/iPhone. That's bad from Pioneer...

hummm... that's bad. What about X920BT??? Does it support album art when playing musics from SD/USB? Cheers...

Is this a patched firmware for the Z110? If yes, they X920BT could be possible also right? I think they share the same OS... Hope this get to somewhere!

So, do you think u will be able to hack it soon? And a question about X910BT... Does it displays the album art from MP3 files, reading ID3 tag? And does it accept ID3 v2? Cheers...

And here at the forum we should have threads already discussing how to add maps, change voices, etc right? (I will start searching...). So currently, for the ones that needs foreign maps (Brazil in my case) the way to go is the X910BT, isn't it? Today I ALMOST bought the X920BT... It was on my cart... in the last page... And with some more research I've found the threads here that document the hacking is not possible... I was wondering that it could be done soon... but it seams it won't right? Does anyone know about a coupon/discount/rebate for the AVIC-X910BT? Cheers...

Once it could enter the Test Mode, do you think it will be possible to install foreing (Brazil) maps on this unit? SHould I buy the x910BT instead and play safe??? Looking forward feedback...
