Hi everyone, so the 2012 update for the Australian AVICs finall came out. I have just updated mine and while there are some great new features...one thing that has changed that i am upset buy is the lack of POI icons and their company logos! I use BP service stations and it was nice having BP logos appear rather than just a generic petrol station logo. these little things were the things that made you keep the AVIC over getting a real GPS unit like a Tomtom! Also my Navteq maps are terrible compared to Whereis...this is a big downgrade by Pioneer!

hi, yeah i've tried that. works fine while you are in that 'session', but once you turn the car off and start a new trip, it goes back to being behind the 8-ball. (yes its all hooked up correct before anyone askes have i hooked up the power properly)

Just buy the F30BT, it will work. simple really... trust me im from australia.

yeah i cant see how you can find this out either on the F20/F30 etc??? did you work it out?

Hi, i have just bought the F930BT here in australia. so far it a lot better than my F910BT! thanks goodness and so it should be. However i am slowly building a list of navigation 'issues' that i dont like/need solved. One major one is that when you get to your destination, the device does not 'delete' or cancel the route! Does anyone else have this issue?

Hi, can any owners tell me if their z130/f30 will pause their music (from ipod) while on the phone??? My f910 didnt do this and i hate finishing a call and coming back to a new song or even worse a new album!
