  1. I have an avic-n1 installed in my vehicle. The calibration has been off on the left side of the screen for the last four months. I found directions on how to calibrate the screen using the service menu. The first step in the recalibration process is tracing around the screen. Whenever I do this and hit band to go back to the menu it displays a message that says "Invalid by the outside of a permissable value" and doesn't change the settings. The next two steps of the calibration cannot be completed eather because the screen is so far off. Any help with this would be great. Thank
  2. I have been having problems with my AVIC-N1's touchscreen not sensing the correct button that I am trying to select, especially on the left side of the screen. I have contacted Pioneer and it looks like this is a problem that they are aware of and have added a calibration operation in the N2 but that doesn't help me. The only way to solve this is to remove my unit and send it in for Pioneer service. I tried recalibrating the screen in the hidden service menu and that diddnt seem to help. I'm not sure if i'm doing something wrong with the calibration or if there is a trick to it. I would rath
