  2. i am planning to buy a backup camera, so that port has to be free.. if im not running the backup cam through the carputer. I am using the carputer for web browsing in the car, and scangauge for fuel consumption etc. avic for playing music, becouse the interface on the avic looks better than any carputer software on the market.. and easier to navigate through songs directly on the avic.
  3. Yes, as the topic says.. I have a carputer and use it for scangauge etc, but when i use the computer, i cant listen to music from the SD card or USB flash drive. Any way this can be solved?
  4. Hi. Ive got a F20BT, and want a steeringwheel remote and been looking at PAC WRI-P, but i cant find any places behind my HU to connect the IR unit. Can someone take a look at my picture and tell me where i can plug it in? The only sensible place to plug it in would be a 3.5mm jack connection that is not marked with anything.. nothing in the user manual or instalation manual either. And does PAC WRI-P work with CD-SR110? (EU version of remote with handsfree controll)
  5. Hi. How do i change the date format that is displayd on my HU? My Norwegian HU shows the date format inn MM.DD.YYY.. I want to change it to norwegian format that is DD.MM.YYY. How do i do this? cant find out where i do this.
  6. Hi. I bought a used F10BT. Previous owner had updateted it to a F20BT, but lost the SD card, so i didnt get that one. Today i wired up the player and booted it.. everything was fine and working, but all the settings was from the previous owner, so i did "reset to factory settings". After i had rebooted the player, the "navgate" screen did not appear.. just backlight. after a few secs, the cd starts to play and picture of the audio play is displayd.. i can navigate to navi, telephone and everything. BUT... now i cant change settings to the player. i can change AV-settings and
  7. forgot to add: Terminal 31 on relay 1 can be used ass a source for Ignition power source ass long as the HU is on. I used this to connect 3 amps, power anetnna, car computer and some digital boost gauges and boost controller. Just remember to calculate right size for the Fuse between battery and terminal 30 on relay 1. (yes, i never turn my HU off)
  8. Hi. I looked all over this site and couldnt find any wiring schem. how to bypass every Pioneer AVIC, AVH and dvd recivers. So here it is. I choosen to use two relays for more practical issues like wiring extra amps, power antennas and much more. I also added a fuse for safety and if you wih to connect several amps. If you connect several amps directly to the remote wire from HU, you will propably kill the remote circuit in your HU. This is how it works: 1. You turn on your HU 2. Remote signal will activate relay 1 3. Relay one will close the switch so you get current from bat
  9. Hi. i Bought a F10BT from a pioneer retailer in norway, and the guy in the store told me that it was updated to the F20BT firmware/software by Pioneer service center. So i basicly had bought a F20BT. I have read around on this forum, and cant find a uber-noob tutorial howto remove video block function. Found something about editing a file on the system etc, but dont know how to access the file to edit. i prefer removing this block by software. To access the wiring behind the unit, i have to dismantle the whole instrument panel, and that takes to much time. :/ And how do i set a cus
