Thanks DJmixman for the help...my ipod connector in the back of my radio was lose so my ipod wasnt working properly. I disconnected the battery fix the cord and when i reconnected it...problem!!! I forgot my password. I searched all over the net for a solution and called pioneer the only option 1a. Thank you for your post because i would have to unistall, wait 3-4 weeks,pay over 70.00 bucks, and then reinstall my radio for a solution that took me less than 5 mins to do. And yes I purchased my radio myself brand new it was not stolen.
