There is not much regarding a fix for this error:
I had a black screen E0000011 error on my Avic-F50 unit. It did sometimes boot up, but I knew this problem was going to get worse. Test mode did not work. Default settings did not work.
Do not bother messing about. It will be a £120 fix by the time you've added postage and vat. Just it to a pioneer service centre from the website. It will come back reset and fixed. It is a disc error not cannot be change by the average person (so I got told). My unit working, dont miss the 120 for the repair.
