Well guys, I just went back to recheck the Data Cable and found that the connector is Broken iside the UNit. I felt it lose when I pulled it out the whole Internal connector came out. I guess my UNit was defective. I will file for a replacement and update the Post when it come back to me.

Can someone help? Got same exact issue with my Z1, all wires are hookup, including the data cable. Still all traffic bottoms are greay out. I re-called XM to comfirm service and it's activated. What's going on?
