I have no idea where it's mounted since I didn't install it. But I had flawless reception since 2008. Issues just happened few days ago. Any idea? any solution? thanks.

Hi, this is my first post here. I searched exisitng threads but didn't find any answers to my problem. I bought my Z3 in 2008 brand new and got it installed by an authorized dealer. Everything works great until now. Couple days ago the map showed a wrong location and the car's position on the map didn't update as the car moved. So I thought I should do a reset and see if it helps or not. After the reset, the map even shows I am at Los Angeles while I am actually in Canada. The arrow on the map doesn't move at all even the car is moving. Then I go back to the hardware menu, then connection s
