Try the Pioneer Australia support site,they should have updates but they charge about $250.00that's where I got the updates for my F500-bt

I am having the same problem with a F500-BT if you find anyone who can do it please let me know, I am also going to post a similar request for assistance if I have any luck I will let you know -

Is anyone able to help me, I purchased an F500BT from the USA and now I find I cannot install Australian maps or even upgrade the firmware with the expensive Pioneer s/ware, I am doing a custom install so I want to get everything right before I start the install. I have been told by Pioneer Australia that I cannot load my expensive maps and upgrades into a US sourced F500BT, does anyone know how it can be done because I do not believe that there would be any significant differences
