  1. Mike, how about instead of a calibration offset value that you provide a 3-point touch screen calibration setting. Basically, display three points on the display that a user can touch to properly calibrate their screen. This will allow for different screens displaying improperly. You need X and Y coordinates, such as: __________________________ o o o __________________________
  2. The Beej App had the exact same problem as Rdio has and the Beej people released an updated that fixed the problems. Rdio gave me a bullsh!t response back when I asked them about it months ago. I will give them to the end of the month then cancel my subscription and move to another service.
  3. AppRadio App v2.2.00 Appradio Extensions Beta 10 The latest firmware from Pioneer on the radio (AppRadio 2) Touch works fine on supported apps but I get the red X on anything nonsupported I've uninstalled/reinstalled Extensions several times (and rebooted) but I'll try your suggestion of reinstalling the AR app too. Thanks!
  4. Awesome, thanks for posting. Now if I can just figure out why I can't get touch to work with unsupported apps on my iPhone 5
  5. Is Beta 10 working for anyone with an iPhone 5? I lost touch control of non-supported apps.
  6. Beta 10 broke touch control of unsupported apps for me. I uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, etc yet no luck with my iPhone 5.
  7. Regarding iPhone 5 calibration, if I bring up the New SMS message screen in landscape mode, when I hit the "Q" key on the AppRadio it results in a shift key registering on the phone. As I move across the screen from left to right hitting each key, it multiplies my movement and by the time I hit the letter "U" it thinks I'm off the screen to the right and reloads everything as in the video. So what I'm touching registers low and to the right on the phone but gets progressively worse as touches move to the right. I'll record a video of this tonight but I wish there were an App that records s
  8. That video explains something to me. I didn't realize that its supposed to take you back to the menu when you touch outside the window of an App. Mike, I think that there may only be a screen calibration issue with Appradio Extensions and the iphone 5. This would explain why I wasn't able to log an actual error (as there is none). How difficult is it to get the calibration to work for the iPhone 5? The attached video shows what I am experiencing:
  9. Hmmm, the latestCrash for AppRadio is dated 2013-04-04 but it was just yesterday where I was testing with the iPhone 5. Mike, am I looking in the wrong place? In General, About, Diagnostics or via iFile var/mobile/library/logs ? I'll PM you the latest one anyway
  10. gMusic and Aupeo! were updated in the App Store today. gMusic works a little better with iPhone 5 but still has a few issues.
  11. With the iPhone 5 I'm getting touch control of unsupported apps (the calculator) for about 5 seconds and then the AppRadio App restarts on the phone and the "Hello iPhone 5" message is redisplayed on the head unit. Also, the touch calibration is way off during those 5 seconds of touch control of calculator. Ok, I now realize that this issue is listed on the first page.
  12. They don't even have a consistent message, first they told me that it's up to Pioneer to fix it then they said "At this time we don't officially support iPhone 5 on Pioneer, but it's always a possibility down the line." Now you get a different answer from them.
  13. Rdio has never worked with the iPhone 5, well at least it doesn't fill the screen. Their support wrote that they have no plans to update it to support iPhone 5 with App Radio. Bummer, I'm a long term subscriber but I'm reconsidering renewal. Why can't all apps be as integrated as Pandora?
