  1. Ok here's the deal. I installed a gm tailgate bezel rear camera and it would fine for a few days. Put the truck (2011 Chevy silverado 1500 z71) in reverse and the cam came on with np. Now it only works when I first back up in the morning after that its just a blank screen. I have the power wired into the reverse light on the driver side and the RCA cable from the cam pluged into the brown RCA in the back of the radio. I also have a violent wire ran to the cam. Has anybody else have this problem?? It's really starting to piss me off. I've taken the dash apart 10 times and taped the RCA cables t

  5. Ok long story short here. I installed the 940bt in my 11' silverado and did the bypass, well I thought I did. I watched all the YouTube videos on the bypass and did exactly what they said to do. Put it all back together and drove down the road. once I hit 15mph the video went out on my DVD but the sound was still there. This meant something was wrong with the mute wire ( the yellow wire in the radios harness). I took it all out and nothing was wrong. Everything was grounded and all wires were connected. I was stumped but then I ran across a thread that said the connector on the mute wired was
