So you have both connected? what cables did you use to get both devices working? Ive noticed that on my galaxy S4 i need to turn off and on the gps for it to catch most of the time. So all in all in terms of functionality the ipod will be better?

LOL, how funny. For a guy that's been installing pioneer radios his whole life and knows a lot more than we know you would think he would at least know how to spell. Maybe you shouldn't have spent $800 dollars on a HU, when my "Crappradio can do as much as yours and probably more.

Just because pioneers customer service sucks doesn't mean the products sucks. I for one have been blessed to own an appradio and am probably speaking for many other forum members here. Yes they are not perfect but for 250 bucks i dont think you can find any other radio that does all of this. Plus you are probably not taking full advantage of the mirroring feature. Name another radio that can mirror your iphone or android with full touch support. I understand your frustration but dont come in here bashing pioneer, we are all here as appradio fans, if you want to bitch take it to the appradio fo

Galaxy S4 + ARliberator VS iPhone 5 + ARextensions? I want to hear from people that have had experience with both setups. Which is better and what are the pros and cons? From looking at videos of a S3 and Arliberator it seems way faster and less buggy.

Guys, dont forget that these updates are betas and still not the full version of appex. Mike is working with everyone and listening to suggestions on how to make it better but he is only one man so give him a break. There will be bugs and issues until then, lets all just be patient and give this man some support. He has done a great job so far so we will only see improvements with every release.

you did not do te update correctly, make sure t follow directons ad update with both files one by one!! The same thing happened to me

That is exactly why I said this was just speculation. Also i wanted to find out what people thought about a new firmware and what they would want to expect. Not once did i ever make it seem like this was set in stone and that we should believe everything pioneer says. Read the thread before you start to talk. I have noticed in many other threads that you are quick to reply without reading the posts carefully.

i would make sure you updated properly, when i first got my unit i messed up updating and had some weird issues. U need to install both files one at a time, did u do this?
