solved it, had to format memory stick on a windows machine not a mac now i just got to figure out why its not charging my phone

hi guys im trying to update appradio 2 now that i have an iphone 5, but its telling me the file cant be read, and to only put 1 file on the usb memory stick tried downloading the files again i only have 1 yuk file in the root folder of usb memory stick tried erasing memory stick with disk utility always to fat32 anyone know what im doing wrong?
