If the key is on acc mode and you have the doors closed then you open the door the power shuts off even if the key is on. But thanks for the help.

Hello, I was in the process of updating to the 2013 maps when my door was opened and the power shut off to the radio. It kept saying No Program Available - I was able to boot into test mode and started copying over a backed up User file for firmware 3.20 x930bt. When the radio restarted it says Update Found and starts installing, gets to 64% and then says Update Failed, Restarting. It gets stuck in this loop forever. I have tried using testmode.key again but it never boots into testmode. I have tried putting in the 2013 update sd card and it doesn't register. I have tried removing the radi
