My screen on my N1 unit just went out/ blank screen, everything else still works. There is a person on this site that does repairs but I can't find his info again. The shop is in Michigan. What is the name?

Can I swap my old OnStar antenna with the one that's in the picture? Would there be a problem since the antenna is mounted on the other side?

Which model head unit do you have and what version did you upgrade from? I have a D3 and upgraded from CNDV-80MT, I did not notice any of the improvements that you did. I have the n1 hu w/n3 brain. I upgraded from the 80mt to the 90mt and the only thing I've noticed is the XM radio display update. Since I play my mp3 more than XM or the regular radio, that's not worth the update price. Like others, 3 yr old streets are still mssing.

No, the upgrade shouldn't lock your system. Why didn't you wait a few days and upgrade to the 90mt

Who's collecting the $10 on the pool? I think so far I've read 3 different people.

I just hope we don't have to do another bypass to the system, like some of us had to do when the 80 series came out.

Has anyone tried to get NavWeather added on yet? I have the Pioneer xm/NavTraffic tuner but I'm still on trial and can't upgrade until after. I went on xm radio website and after logging on it said I could add it to my system. Just wondering.....

Just called XM and got 3 months free. I just told them I brought a new chevrolet tahoe and the dealer told me to call for the trail service. Didn't get the navtraffic b/c I would have to pay $9.99 b/c my xm was free.

Yes, a N2 or N3 brain will work with a N1 HU.

You need the nav disc in to set a new route or other things.
