I looked but couldn't find anything. Is there a way to play Pandora while using an app? It kind of defeats the purpose of having pandora if I can't listen to it while navigating.

Hello,
I have a similar question. Is it possible to listen to the normal radio while using an app (navfree...) I tried this but it doesn't work. Anybody know a solution?
Thx!

Yes, double press the home button quickly to brig up the lower onscreen display and select MIX and you can choose radio and whatever you want.

Mix never worked for me. I could only listen to FM and run apps at the same time. Pandora either wasn't an option or was greyed out. I don't remember. If I started Pandora on my phone and then went into App mode, then it worked. In the end, the Appradio isn't for me. Too many headaches to list. I returned mine after going through two units. The first just started jumping around screens on its own. The second won't pair any longer. I picked up a AVH-P4400BH and couldn't be happier. No more prompts. I can listen to Pandora without taking the phone out of my pocket using Smart Actions on my Razr Maxx, which is what I wanted to begin with. I no longer have any interaction between my phone and radio when I get in and start my car. I just go. No more warnings, no more promts, no more disconnects.
