i have my phone paired with my z2 and the problem i'm having is that when ever i receive a call only the number and not the name i have the contact on is showing? how can i fix this?

Are the incoming numbers in the phonebook of your Z2? They should be in order to have the name (and/or image) show up on your screen.

And make sure they are in 10 digit format when you send the contacts over example: 408-236-2060
