I just recently received an Avic-d3 for Christmas. I had the system installed but it had a few glitches from the first minute.
1.) The volume was stuck and could not be turned down - i think it was stuck at 12 or 13 (had to reset the system)
2.) whenever I tried to play a DVD the sound would come on but the screen was scrambled (black and white).. I'm not sure if that was a wiring problem or the system itself.
3.) The touch screen just became non-responsive (it can be fixed by resetting the system)
I've had the Avic-d3 for 3 days and I've had to reset the system 6 times.
Does this sound like a hook-up problem or do I have a bad device?
