ok I have burnt the file to a cd-rom, I open the file it shows a iso image file on the disk, but the Z2 head unit does not read this!

I know this has been beatin to death but suggestions would be greatly apprieciated

Download Active ISO Burner. Stick a blank disk in your CD burner. Double click the ISO file you downloaded. Active ISO Burner should automatically start burning the disk for you

one more question though, i put in the CD said start update.

then another screen seems to be frozen in place it says the following:

Start update?

update will start after reboot by pressing "YES"

All functions except audio will be disabled until update is completed.

now the only active buttons below is the no button, the yes is disabled.

sound familiar?
