I am about to buy a n2 for 500...

My question is, what nav cd's should I get 60 70?

Can I view the nav screen while driving like If i was in park? Like the video needs bypass!!!

What do I need to know about this unit before using it?

And is the n2 a good unit?

n2 is fine as a system...but i think u'll have to do the same bypass for 60 or 70 model discs

You will have to solder to do the bypass. There is a thread on here someplace with pics.

As for disks, you may as well get the CNDV70 disks as they are the most current

N2, was great a few years ago. Obviously the N4 is way better but it would cost you at least twice as much

What do you mean by bypassing something for discs..

I thought you just put any 60 or 70 disc in a n2 and your good to go..

Only bypass I know of is the video bypass..
