I had it done by a local installer and gave him Necro's instructions. He said he followed them but I can't even watch video parked or enter an address to navigate to. He is going to fix it and I will let you all know how it goes. Any new bypass ideas? Thanks.

Nothing new. The bypass is how it's always been shown. Ground the parking brake wire, move the mute wire pin to the slot above it's normal location, and ground that. If it doesn't work, it was done incorrectly.
