Ok so I got my AVIC-D3 installed and took it out to do the bypass. Bypass was successful and not for some reason the sirius is not showing up in the menu.
Could the unit of gone bad in just 2 days?

check the connections. Odds are either the pbus cable is loose or it's lost power or ground.

check fuse on power wire for sirius... i think its only a 2amp fuse. possible it blew

replaced the fuse same result...
Someone mentioned an accessory power wire... what is this?

It's the power wire going to your stereo that only has power when the car's ignition is on.

HiFi - yep it is...
AHH HA - Seems the fuse I replaced the existing one with was bad, ran to rat shack and got a new one and wha la, it powers right up
