Can anyone tell me how to find the VSS wire on my 2006 Nissan Xtera?

I don't have the Fosgate sound system so the VSS wire is not on the radio plug. Someone told me that this car has some kind of CAMBUSS and not a speed sensor. Someone else said to remove the dash and splice into the spedo-meter. Don't know how to remove that dash!

Anyone that has wire color, info on wire location, or just some kind of logical answer please let me know.

The cluster is the thing you stare at that shows the speed and everything.

Unless you have the RF stock stereo, you will not have the light blue wire at pin 6. Pin 6 will be empty. BUT, that is the location that you will run the VSS lead to.

Taking out the cluster is not a huge issue.

Here is a STEP BY STEP on how to do the bypass, as well as connect the VSS wire on your car.
