I can't seem to get the volume of the call to go up.

I have phone volume on max on the Z2, but on the 8830 it is at 1/3.

Pressing the volume up key on the 8830 yields no result

When not in BT mode (using the phone by itself) the volume key works great.

Is this a Z2 issue? a Blackberry issue? or a pairing issue?

I suspect a defective Blackberry.

I also have the BB 8830 and see the same thing, so I do not believe that it is a BB issue. I would expect that I would also see the same behavior using a BT headset if it were an issue with the BB unit and that is not the case. I see that there is a FW upgrade for the z2 so I'm hoping that might help with this issue.

I know this is an older thread... but has anyone figured this out yet?

I've re-paired with the volumes maxed, I've also performed the firmware upgrade... No Luck
