Just had avic-z2 and bluetooth installed. I have successfully paired phone with avic system and can dial and recieve calls... problem is the caller can't hear me. Could this be a mic issue or a setting on phone/system that I am overlooking? Tried with a couple phones...so I'm ruling out phone issue.

the mic might not be pluged in the proper port. try using a voice command to verify.
