Is it common if you don't do the bypass correctly to have audio, but no video???? If this is true I need to do some problem solving, or do I have a bad unit. I am already having issues with the touch screen a little bit. Just a little help before I start ripping my hair out. Peace everyone

What happens when you try to use the nav while driving?

Nav works, I can't view or edit any routes though.

Then you did the bypass wrong. Check your grounds, that the pin is in the right hole and seated firmly, etc.
