I installed a Z1 in my 06 F-250 and cannot get the phone to sync with the unit. My phone is a Blackberry / Nextel model 7520. When I go to the install device option in the phone / hit find device, it comes back that it has found the Pioneer NAVI. When I hit connect or couple or whatever it asks - it then states unable to pair with Pioneer Navi. I have the ND-BT1 installed as well. Please advise on how to get these two to play together. Thank you

Try a different phone with the unit. If it picks that up, could be that there is some problem with ur phone. BTW i had the same probelm with my LG KE820, where it wont pick it up like urs does. But after some tries and reseting the unit , it finally picked it up.

Following the directions, I can get the 7520 to work fine with the Bluetooth; however, the phonebook will not transfer... that is the only part that is not compatible.
