is there a special OS2 module that i have to buy to correspond to my vehicle? Or will any PAC OS2 BOSE work? I have a 2005 GMC Sierra.

1) PAC OS2-BOSE OnStar with BOSE Interface for Radio Replacement

2) PAC OS-2BOSE

GM OnStar, Bose Interface (OS-2 BOSE, OS2BOSE)

these are the two modules i get when i google the PAC OS2 BOSE. im installing a D3 into a 2005 sierra and dont know which module i should buy

there is only one, you're just dealing with 2 different ways of typing the model number. The part number directly from pac is OS-2BOSE.

On a side note, I do prefer metra's version, the GMOS-04, only because it gives you vss, reverse, and parking brake outputs right at the radio. Yes I'm a lazy installer.
