the older trucks use to have it at the radio plug but not the new ones...

yellow/green or yellow/gray at the wiper motor under the hood. If you look in the vehicle specific wiring forum. I made a pretty detailed post on installing an avic in the new stuper duty. Even has a picture of the vss wire.
