Does anyone know where I can find another metal sheet to go with the GPS antenna? I put my antenna in just to see if it would work without it, and now i cant find it again!

I don't think you would find somebody selling just that. You might want to try calling up Pioneer and seeing if they sell them by themselves. Or you could just make one out of some thin sheet metal.

The service guide lists it as "Sheet" Part number CZN7008

Like I told in by PM, call local stereo shops and see if they have any laying around that they will sell you. Lots of installers don't bother to use them
