Anyway I can stream videos on my iPod to my Z2? i have a decent amount of movies that i'd like to just be able to throw on my ipod and play through the Z2.

And another question, is the Z2 divx capable? If so I can fit many more movies onto a dvd than just one, or does it play burned movies? i just havent had a chance to test it out.

Thanks!

You can buy an ipod to RCA cable and run it into the A/V input on the back of the deck. You will have to control everything from the ipod though, and remember to charge it

The Z2 is not DIVX capable. D3 and N4 are

This is a copy of some rows from the Avic Zx UserManual downloaded from Pioneer:

"This versatile DVD player reserves up to 10 gigabytes of the hard drive's memory to store music it rips from your standard CDs, plus the MP3 files you've burned on disc. The preloaded Gracenotes® software will even pull up and display the disc, artist, and track names for most CDs. You'll have a virtual jukebox in your dash, loaded with your favorite tunes. "

Another paraqgraph:

Use Pioneer's optional iPod® interface adapter to play your iPod through the AVIC-Z2, and control it using the touchscreen. You can also add a CD changer or satellite radio to extend your entertainment options. If you have a Bluetooth cell phone, the included Bluetooth cell phone adapter lets you make and receive phone calls without taking your eyes off the road to dial. "

LOL, funny how errors like that can slip through quality control. It even makes you wonder if the people writing / checking the manual / translations even know what features the Z really has. LOL!!

"Included bluetooth" should have been "optional bluetooth"

"plus the mp3 files" should have been "plus it plays the mp3 files"
