So, the bluetooth search is over as Crutchfield just shipped mine... NOW, WHERE DO I GET A CD-SR1. Everyone out of stock. Some guy on EBAY told me he had em and was gonna ship me one for $40 (shipping included) and I figured its a rip but hey I want it... Then all of a sudden he says he can't process my AMEX and starts asking me to give him different credit card numbers and I felt like I was just about to become a victim of credit card fraud so I bailed.

Any ideas on where to get these remotes???

Uhmmm...no idea. But I would call amex and cancel that card number...and I mean right now!

I found mine at the Pioneer store for $20 (before tax and shipping). It's sold out right now but if you check periodically it does become available. Good luck.

I believe it's infrared. I ordered one through my local stereo installer...it should be here this week.

Good post nomi...I'm sure a lot of people will jump on this. Looks like Pioneer charges $5 for shipping/handling per unit and tax.
