So the GPS on my Avic D3 isn't working and i have no idea why. The unit is getting the signal from all the antennaes and everything seems to be working fine. I was taking a trip from Montreal Quebec to Ottawa Ontario, when halfway through the trip, the GPS put me right in the middle of NYC. And That's where it stays at now. No matter where i go, on the GPS, i stay in the same spot in NYC. It's like it's not even able to find me or locate me.

Any idea what's going on and what i can do?

Go in the navi menu and hit 'Modify Current Location' Drag it somewhere even remotely close to where you are. Drive around for a minute and it will correct itself to where you really are

it's trying to go back to his home in NYC.

maybe i'll take it on a little road trip!
