What are the differences between the N2 and N3?
Externally it al looks 100% the same. Can the firmware of the N2 be upgraded to the N3?

you can get the same maps and some of the same firmware. BUT the main differences are hardware. n3 has enhanceed xm and ipod, and n2 does not, nor can it have that. its a hardware issue.
