Hello All, I have searched high and low for the answer to this question and come up emtpy. I just bought a truck with a Avic-D1 installed in it. I am looking to update the maps in said unit but for the life of me I can not figure out how to get the nav screen to open far enough for me to access the second DVD player ?? Is there some trick to this or is my player broken ?? When I press the open/close button it just gives me access to the first player.

I know this is a newbie question but I have no clue what to do.

You need to hold the open button for a few second, if you push once it only opens it half way to eject cd.If you hold it it opens all the way to the bottom.
