Just an idea, thought I'd find out here before I tried it myself. With the whole needing a nav dvd thing, is it possible to just burn a copy of the nav dvd with songs on it? That way you could play music / movies and run nav at the same time. Correct me if I'm horribly wrong!

If it was possible there probably is much room left on the DVD to make it worthwile. Just go buy yourself a ipod.

The unit doesn't recognize the nav DVD as an audio source.
